Our Banana Bread Mixes make approximately 15 muffins— cook them at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

We recommend waiting until your bananas are ripe— the riper the banana, the sweeter the bread!

The breads are even better with chocolate chips or chopped nuts. We recommend you just bake the bread an extra 5-10 minutes.

We recommend waiting 1-2 hours post baking to slice into the loaf. And it is even better the next day… if you can wait that long :)

Oven temperatures vary! You may need to cook your loaf longer or less, just make sure not to over bake!
