While we do not use any gluten containing ingredients and are super careful, we do operate in a commercial kitchen that also produces wheat and gluten products, so we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination. We hope to one day be able to be certified gluten free and have a designated, completely gluten-free kitchen!
